Revision as of 10:21, 27 May 2019The BIMIB group (bimib.disco.unimib.it) has become involved in a multidisciplinary project involving five different Institutions in Italy and UK. This ambitious project, entitled “Single-cell cancer evolution in the clinic”, aims at studying the evolutionary trajectories of cell clones in cancer tissues and in patient-derived organoids, in order to define effective and data-driven personalized therapeutic strategies, and it is funded by a joint Cancer Research UK (CRUK), Asociación Española Contra el Cáncer (FA-AECC) and Associazione Italiana per la Ricerca sul Cancro (AIRC) Accelerator Award. We are hiringPh.D.A Ph.D. scholarship sponsored by the Accellerator Award program is also availabel starting in Fall 2019.
